Here are a couple of photos from friends. The first is from Jacky Harper, Scholastic’s coordinator for national conventions. Folks in the comics community who have been to one of Scholastic’s Thursday Night bashes in San Diego will recognize her as the hostess who puts on the best party in town. Jacky sent me this photo of her and her 20 (!) pound bass she caught while wearing her good luck Bone shirt! This should keep her in fish & chips for awhile. The other picture is one I think Jacky will like seeing very much: it was sent to me from Toronto by Bruce Peck of our mutual friend Ciaran McEvoy and his son Nolan reading their favorite Bone book together.
Aww the little kid is so cute! Ooooh Big Fish! And a Bone Shirt!? Yay! So Jeff do you have any information on the new merch? Please tell us!

The shirt Jacky is wearing was made for people who worked at the Scholastic booth,so that particular one isn’t available. However, Vijaya does have some new mugs coming, and they are pretty good…

Awe the little guy is adorable:) You’re never to young or old to be a fan of Bone. That’s one huge fish and a super cool Bone shirt. Hmm mugs you say but I don’t drink coffee. Hmmm but I do love having hot chocolate on a cold winter day:) Mmmm hot chocolate milk in a Bone mug. Ahhhh! I can’t wait, how much longer must you torment us all?

Thanks Jeff, Nolan can’t get enough of the cow race. It’s pretty much a daily read for us. He can’t get enough of the cows & rat creatures and Smiley Bone has become his travel toy of choice.

Hey Jeff it’s Elijah, you don’t remeber me but I met you at TCAF at beguling. I’ve been trying to get my hands on those cold case statues I got Phoney bone at siver snail in Toronto but i’m still trying to get the others, they’re really beautiful. are you going to issues more (grandma ben/rose,brair lucius “rock jaw”? or reissue the old ones? please respond.

Jeff, we live in Kentucky, we think that u live in Ohio we realy are your biggest FANS we try to read ever one of your books but unfortanly we only got to the 5 book so far we were thinking if well you know how you have smiely bone & fone & phonney bone well….phonney is in love with money fone is inlove with thorn smiely is inlove with food well we think that smiely should be inlove with a gril bone that comes along when they come across a grandpal ben!
