Holiday Havoc; Bone links on the web

There is a new interview up this week on Kevin Smiht's website Quick Stop called Holiday Havoc: Jeff Smith. It was a fun interview to do, which doesn't happen all that often, and it covers everything from Bone movies, Bone sequels, selling out, and politics in Shazam!
Review of Dark Horse's Art of Bone on Scott King's site King Film. it turns into a really nice overview of Bone the comic.
And finally, this article is called: Between this and Scrabble, I’m outing my Geekdom. And I don’t care. about one woman's shock to discover she likes comics. To read it, go to her website called Complete and Total Bicsh!

That quickstop interview was the longest interview I’ve ever read. Lol. Good stuff though. I was wondering why that Pogo book was slow going. I look for it longingly whenever I see the Our Gang books on the shelves.

Wow, thanks for the link-back, Jeff! I had no idea authors actually took the time to, you know, read what fans were saying about them. My mind is blown again!
And thanks for providing me with a fantastic read in “Bone.” It had been far too long time since a story left me with a smile on my face.

Great interview. I also regret I didn’t pick up the hardcover Bone, but I’ll be first in line if you ever do a hardcover Color Edition.

Hi, my name is Robbie. I was wondering how many Bone books have you published. Also where is the best place to get Bone books in Massachetts. If you can email at robstjohnw@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
Robbie

Ben, Ghost Circles isn’t out yet… Jeff just has the preview copy
Robbie, Bone was originally published in 55 black and white issues. It was collected into 9 collection books, and then a massive 1300 page “one volume” collection was also published. Currently, Bone is being re-issued in color. Books 1 – 6 are available. Ghost Circles, Book 7, is coming up in late January / early February.
Bookstores such as Borders or Barnes & Noble carry Bone, and if you have local comic shops in your area they probably carry Bone too.

Fantastically long interview. It covered so much and was great to read.
I gotta admit at first I was just planning on waiting to get the collection of RASL at the very end. But since then, hearing about the reduction in size and more about the story, and just wanting to support your project…I couldn’t wait. I’m in. Have already pre-ordered it and added it to my pull list. It’s gonna feel like old times picking up a black & white produced comic from you again.

Robbie,
The only books I’ve done so far are “Bone” and “Shazam: The Monster Society of Evil.”
The Bone books are in two versions, one in black & white, and the Scholastic version in color (as Brandon explained).
The “Our Gang” book is by Walt Kelly, I only drew the cover.

Dear Jeff,
I’m the kid who asked about a Bone movie in which you didn’t respond. Will there be a Bone movie? Ever?
