Mr. Smith,
My name is Emily and I am 10. Many of the kids in my class are very interested in your books. We were hoping that you had a email address or a publishers address so we could write letters to you. Thanks in Advance!

Hello RASL Fan,

I think you will be interested :)

You can Pre Order the Rasl Blk T/S Xxl

Rasl Blk T/S Xxl is an Urban-Collector pre-order. Jeff Smith the creator of Bone, returns with his new project. Rasl T-Shirt features art by Jeff screenprinted in color on a black 100% cotton shirt. At the request of creator, this shirt is being printed on a T-Shirt manufactured by American Apparel. It has a more stylish cut, it's a different weight of fabric (still 100% cotton), it's made in the U.S.A....and it's also slightly more expensive. Rasl is a 100% class-act!!

Rasl Blk T/S Xxl is a pre-order item.

Yeah I saw that and it's riduculous that people would do that! I'm just hoping that if and when they are reprinted I could get my copy and possibly signed at a con.

I think that maybe the order-method was a bit intentionally "difficult" so as to try to maintain some amount of copies for actual visitors to the exhibition, and maybe also to cut-down on the number of people buying it only for immediate eBay-reselling (and having already seen 10-15 copies go on that site for upwards of 75 and 100 dollars already, this obviously did not work, if intended... too bad).

Thank you for your responce Brandon

I agree it is a great price but the order method made it difficult to garantee a copy. A sign book would have been nice but I'll just settle for the book itself! I had also pre-ordered Jeff Smith: Bone and Beyond which I had forgotten about when I had posted above lol. I should be getting my order soon and well be enjoying another wonderful Bone related book. :)

Joe,

Yes, it should be. It seems the book is also popping up on the big bookstore chains such as, in Canada, www.Chapters.ca.

Jeanette,

Just as Bone & Beyond is now under wider distribution, I wouldn't be surprised if Before Bone hits wider distribution as well. The exact wording of the edition on the inside of Before Bone is "Of this first edition of Jeff Smith: BEFORE BONE 500 signed and numbered copies have been printed. This is copy number ###". This wording was not explicit in the various online descriptions of the book - and of course, for $25.00 I think it was, it's a great deal having one of only 500 of the first edition and signed by Jeff. But in my experience, this wording almost guarantees a more widespread edition to follow at some point.

It sounds like a nice book but I wish that there would have been more copies of the Before Bone book available for sale. I don't suppose they'll consider printing more copies.
