I currently take a class about Graphic novels at Ohio State University Outreach program for Columbus City School Teachers. My professor Dr. Susan Hayward created it. This is all very new to us. We would love if you had some time if you would come talk to our class. If there is anyway you could, please, please contact me.
Thanks,
Coffey

A bit surprisingly my local shop had the "Bone and Beyond" exhibit book. Several copies actually, and it was the "staff pick of the week" to boot!

Bramdon, that piece was done for the magazine cover of "Inks Comic and Cartoon Art Studies". Jeff did that in 1995.

Wow, that's a huge collection of photos! That "Cartoon and ComicArt Studies" piece with Fone and Smiley in a different panel from Phoney - it's all the more impressive and much better seen complete rather than the halved version in the catalogue. Where's that piece from? I dearly wished I could have flown across the country to see the exhibits but alas, airfare is expensive! Besides everything else in the exhibit, I can only imagine that that large wall mural must be very impressive to see in person.
