Just a note to say how much my son loves your books. He has problems with his reading and finding books that would keep him reading was hard. His teacher bought him his first Bone book and he was hooked. He has them all in hard and soft cover. He can't wait till Bone 9 comes out. Thank you.

Hi Jeff--

Really loved the first two issues of this. It's inspiring to see someone make something as successful as Bone go on to do something completely different-- and so well!

Looking forward to more.

That's probably the one Volume.
All 9 of the books are published in black and white.

Scholastic's been doing them in color and the 9th one is due like January or February 2009

2 questions about Rasl
1) Will the compound/deep black be explained later or become a big part in the story?
and
2) Will that desert scene from Issue 1 be explained in future issues (as to how he got there?)
