Is there any way that you could help us get in touch with Jeff Smith?

We live in a tiny town of Marquette, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, on Lake Superior, where my 10-year-old son is a contributor to his school paper The Blazing Comet. He as all the kids in his school are absolutely obsessed with Jeff Smith’s Bone books.

Small and completely unknown as Marquette is to the rest of America, this little town’s lower middle school newspaper has made headlines, as an award winning school paper and some of the kids from The Blazing Comet went all the way to Washington DC to receive their award.

After being the comic strip writer, my son Noah has recently been charged with writing an article for the paper. He was shocked and baffled at his predicament because he just loves doing the comics, until the idea of an interview with Jeff Smith captured his imagination.

PS My other favorite is the red dragon and I think you should make another bone book where they traveled but got lost and there could be another girl fone bone likes and there could be new charachters! that would be cool make another one and say i gave you the Idea jacob from texas bye and thanks

No I didn’t know Diamond was out. Thanks for the heads up. We try to keep on top of the inventory, but the color books are published by Scholastic and we don’t have quite as much control when it comes to them. Still, I’ll make a phone call today!
