  1. THERE’s that cover from the back of issue 3!
Pre-ordered mine a week or so ago.

By the way, when you say 16 pages, do you mean 16 actual pages, (bringing the count to like 130 or around there) or 16 concept sketches of pages?

  2. One other question, does it ship on the 22nd of July also if we ordered Online?

  3. Sweet!! :) As if I need another excuse to add another Jeff Smith collected book to my library… Well, I do :) And here I thought I was going to have to wait for “The Art of RASL” to see a good selection of RASL behind the scenes material! I’m pretty excited that RASL is already receiving a hardcover treatment. When’s the colored version coming out? ;)

  7. I tried to order this title through two different stores since yesterday, and both of them claim that orders had to be in by this past Monday, not this coming Friday. Argh. Will any copies be sold through this website?

  8. As soon as I saw this on Tuesday, I emailed my local comic shop to order a copy. The next day I went in, and they said they just barely got my order in. I don’t read Previews, but surely Boneville could have let us know sooner? On the other hand, with people not knowing about it, there may be extras at Diamond after the original solicitation… but I have no idea how those things work.

  9. I actually saw this on the 26th of May on a comic site called heavyink.com

And then ordered it 3 days later.
    This was also on tfaw.com

Other than those 2 sites, I don’t think its sold anywhere else.

Also, is it 2000 or 3000 copies because the online sites say its 3000?

And also, when is the ship date?

  10. Adam: I’m sorry about the issues with ordering that you ran into. I was given the wrong information on the deadline. We will have the hardcover available on our site on July 22nd.

Brandon: Diamond should have enough books to fulfill any orders. Even if they are ordered after today. It will be considered an “Advanced Re-Order”

Marcus: 2000 copies is the final print run. It is scheduled to be in stores July 22.

Just as an FYI to anyone else, if your comic store will not order one for you, send me an email with your address and phone number and when we receive our copies, I’ll be in touch with you on how to finish the transaction.

They saidI was first on the list, and they should be getting the shipment from Diamond.

  13. Hey Tom. I tried to order mine and missed it by a day. I don’t see a way to email you directly, but I’d love to get on the list and have an opportunity to purchase it through you guys. Thanks and thanks to Jeff for making all his work public!
