Hi Jeff,

Just wanted to let you know that I bought the DVD, and watched it with my wife on the plane flight to our honeymoon destination. Really inspirational. You’re a fantastic teacher. Thanks for showing the rest of us the way.

Any idea how “The Cartoonist” went over when it aired on PBS? I hope it did well. It definitely deserves the attention!

My understanding is that the documentary will be airing on PBS stations during the Spring pledge drive, but I guess a few stations showed it during the Fall drive, and it did well!

Just found out that the doc ran Monday night in Philadelphia during prime time. Apparently individual stations don’t report when they run something. We find out later if someone tells us, or if they ran during a pledge drive and need more Bone books or dvds to send to viewers as thank you gifts.

So let me know if the doc runs in your town.
Otherwise, I think it is generally planned for next Spring.

I finally got to see this and it was awesome! Thank you so much for giving fans a chance to see the inside story of the early days of the Indie world and that of Bone.
