Hi again Jeff! Rita’s here ! Almost exactly one year ago I asked you when RASL would have been published in italian during your Convention in Lucca, and Surprise! Here is it just one year later, in a special one volume edition, again only avaible for Lucca Comics! It must be destiny or something like that..
I really waited to read it for a looong time!I can’t thank enough BAO Publishing for bringing it to us! Many compliments for the beautiful interview on Comicus, it’s so exciting to know that you’re going to do even more stories! Personally I’ll never have enough

One volume edition of RASL!!!! WooooHoooo!!!! I’ve been waiting, hoping and assuming a little too, that this would be happening.

I won’t miss out on the hardback edition this time like I did with Bone.

Excited for the “RASL” one volume. In reading the issues, it was a little disjointed because of the release date space. The series seems like one of those books that would truly reach its potential in the form of a single graphic novel. Also excited for these “special plans”.

Well Jeff himself has repeatedly said Bone was never *really* intended for kids. I think Bone is totally appropriate for younger readers. I guess that’s fine if some school wants to “ban” it from their library… but on the flipside… they better not have a copy of Stoker’s Dracula if they want be able to back up their argument for banning Bone.

The school board didn’t give details. They simply said that BONE was not age appropriate. I only found out after the fact, when I was told by the local office of the ACLU.

It being a Texas school district is all I need to hear as explanation. They’re notorious for destroying the educational system, for taking out portions of history from their classrooms and textbooks that they feel shows the US in a ‘bad light’ and all sorts of other really depressing things.

*sigh*
