Old Man’s Cave, even in the rain!
Yesterday I talked some friends of mine into hiking Old Man’s Cave in the freezing rain. Yes, it was a bit cold, but waterfalls flowed down all around us! Rain or shine, Hocking hills is one of my favorite places on the planet. Of course, it helped that I promised we would end the day at a local brewery called Rockmill that not only brews great beers, but has a roaring fire in the tasting room!
As my pal Doug put it, it was Science Sunday; first we studied erosion, then fermentation!

Wow! “Old Mans Cave” looks like a stunning place!

We took our little one for the first time a few months back, I want her to have a few trips a year before she(or we) sit down to read Bone. It was always tickled that I could pop down to a place from one of my favorite comics and I think it will help to put a little magic in this world if she can experience something similar. Thanks for this chance Jeff.

That’s a great idea! I’ve been going there since I was a kid, and it STILL fires my imagination!
