Science fiction and noir. RASL came out of my love for these genres. Some of my favorite authors are Arthur C. Clarke, Dashiell Hammett and Raymond Chandler. I also watch a lot of noir film classics like The Maltese Falcon and The Big Sleep. – Jeff Smith
