The International Comic Arts Forum (ICAF) kicks off Thursday November 13th, and runs through Saturday November 15th. Jeff will be on a comics panel with Tom Spurgeon on Saturday from 3:30pm-5:00pm in the Cartoon Room at the Ohio Union.
